Whether it’s a simple gallery, a polished, new Web site interface, a database-driven Web application, or just a spinning logo that shoots fireworks every time the user clicks a link, Congruent Media can design and build it – except for that last one. I mean, we could build it but it’s probably not the best idea I’ve had today.
