We plan to be around for a long time.  So much so that we're already hiring the newborns of current employees.  Yes, we are a family first type of company.

That's why on Thursday, 2/7 when Jack Orrie Michael was born to Josh Budich, designer extraordinaire, and his lovely wife Victoria, CM quickly hopped on the opportunity to offer him an employee agreement.  In his native babble tongue and faint cry of joy, Jack quickly signed.

For the next 18 years, Jack will work diligently to hone his Photoshop, Illustrator and Quark capabilities, not to mention every other design software developed between then. And be careful, weighing in at a whopping 7.3 lbs and 20 inches long, this is one designer that won't take criticism lightly.

Congratulations to Mom and Dad on their newest addition to the family.
