Stacey Dawes provides Congruent Media search engine marketing services, the daily price-watching and phrase-juggling routine that delivers fresh, targeted traffic to your Web site. It's an unusual job involving spreadsheets and pocket thesauri but Stacey keeps her duties light and lively by making pirouettes and grand jetés throughout the house, Mac iBook in hand, The Sound of Music blaring on her iPod. Yep, she actually does love The Sound of Music - I didn't make that up nor can I explain it.
Yet one might ask, what skills does Stacey possess that allow her to work from home? For beginners, she's a pro and requires no assistance or supervision (unlike those of us who would prefer not to incriminate ourselves)… she's also beat both Dan and Ryan in the Annapolis 10-mile (Ryan twice, just for the record) which makes her presence slightly awkward for management. Most importantly, Stacey is, hands-down, our best pastry chef, often elevating the office to chocolate chip euphoria and we simply can't have her away from the ovens with that kind of capability. Anything to keep the developers happy.
